Election of the new Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce the election of the new Board of the Institute of European Democrats (IED), which took place last September in Baveno, Italy.
Members of the IED gathered for this important statutory meeting, during which they renewed the Institute’s leadership through a formal vote and engaged in meaningful discussions about past achievements, ongoing initiatives, and future projects.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the outgoing Board: in particular to its President, Francesco Rutelli, its Vice-President, Gabi Schmidt, and its Secretary General, Mikel Burzako. Their dedication, energy, and vision over the years have shaped the Institute and laid strong foundations for the work ahead.
It is with great pride that we welcome the newly elected Board, ready to build on this solid legacy. The following members were elected:

They will be joined by Alexandra Leuliette, who will serve as Secretary.
