The International Conference on Climate, Energy, Environment: How to build a New Global Deal is jointly convened by the Institute of European Democrats together with the Centro per il Futuro Sostenibile and the Center for American Progress, and is aimed to evaluate the new strategies on climate change after Copenhagen.
It is located in an historical hall of the Italian Parliament in Rome, bringing together experts and academics from across the globe together with members of the Italian Government. The President of Maldives, Mohammed Nasheed, is acting as keynote speaker.
