The authors of the papers are members of the research team for the trans-national project Public, Elite and Media Perceptions of the EU in Asia Pacific Region: Australia, New Zeland, South Korea and Thailand - a comparative perspective supported by the Institute of European Democrats (IED) of Brussels. The project aimed to identify measure and raise public awareness and extend knowledge of the European Union within four countries of the Asia-Pacific region - Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Thailand.
