A passionate sinologist and researcher on East Asia strategic security, Anna Dall’Oca
studied chinese at Ca’ Foscari University and Beijing Foreign Studies
University. She obtained a MSc in china in comparative perspective from
the London School of Economics (LSE) and a post-graduate diploma in
politics and international studies from the School of Oriental and
African Studies. Ms. Dall’Oca previously worked at CASA ASIA and as a
free lance translator. Her research interests include East Asia defence
and nonproliferation (with particular focus on North Korea ), Asian
security community building, Asia-Europe and Asian-American relations.
At the Institute she deals with EU security policies for East Asia, Australasia and the Pacific.
